Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from www.bathunigifts.com. By ordering goods from bathunigifts.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is the University of Bath Fresh express, Norwood House, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY. VAT Number 639 5421 22.

We may contact you, with your consent, for marketing purposes by email or post with relevant offers from the University of Bath. Please also read our Privacy policy which explains how we use personal data provided about you.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
Orders
 
When an order is placed a contract is formed between the purchaser and the University of Bath. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
Delivery
 
Postage and Packing
Unless goods are collected from the store postage and packing will be charged in addition to the price of the goods and will vary according to the delivery address, weight and size of the goods ordered and the method of delivery selected. The delivery cost will be clearly shown at the checkout.

Despatch
Orders placed and paid with PayPal before 1pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Any orders paid by Credit/Debit card will be despatched after the payment is cleared which might take up to 5 working days.
 
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is via the Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery Service, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Goods should be delivered within 2-3 working days of us despatching your order to addresses within the European Union. Delivery to addresses outside of the EU will be dependent upon the mail service of that country. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods. The location of orders can be tracked with the tracking reference you will receive on your confirmation of goods despatched email.

In the event of goods being lost in transit we will offer you replacement goods or a full refund.
 
Promotional Codes and Discounts
 
Free delivery and other promotional discount codes remain the property of bathunigifts.com, and are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Store Collection
Collection from the University of Bath Fresh Express store is free of charge. Please bring one form of personal identification e.g. university library card, driving licence, passport, utility bill or bank statement and your order confirmation with you.
 
Order Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be in writing by letter, fax or email, within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. Goods are to be returned with their original packaging, and please retain a certificate of posting or a fax transmission report.
Personalised items or goods made to order cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the costs of returning goods to us, unless the goods are faulty.

To return an item to the Fresh Style store in person is free of charge. If you are returning an item via the store please bring your delivery note with you.
 
Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty please contact us on 01225 383 928 or email sales@bathunigifts.com to arrange the return of the goods to the University of Bath Fresh Express store, we will be responsible for the postage costs incurred.

Refunds
If you cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods you will receive a full refund. If an order is cancelled outside this period it is at our discretion as to whether you receive a refund. If your goods are faulty then you will receive a full refund and we will pay for return of the goods to the Fresh Express store.

Payments
By Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Bathunigifts.com uses WorldPay and PayPal to process payments and does not therefore store any credit or debit card details.

By Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to: University of Bath, Fresh Express and posted to Fresh Express, Norwood House, Level 2, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through bathunigifts.com may differ from prices in the Fresh Express shop.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of goods being out of stock, we will contact you within 5 working days of your order with an expected dispatch date.

Colour Reproduction
The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
Size
All sizes and measurements shown on the website are approximate.
Website
We accept no liability for any loss or corruption of data held on your computer, or for any other loss or damage of any kind that occurs to your computer as a result of you accessing our website.
Complaints
We undertake to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. In the first instance please contact us at The University of Bath Fresh Express store, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY, or email us at sales@bathunigifts.com.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, we or you can refer the problem for conclusion to The Head of Campus Retail and Commercial Operations, University of Bath, Norwood House, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.
